| French Country Kitchen Elegance and sophistication are evident in this kitchen, which won the 2004 Remodeled Kitchen Award from the Lehigh Valley Builders Association. Perimeter cabinets by Kahle's Cabinetry are painted antique white with raised panels. The contrasting maple baking center has furniture detailing and a black granite countertop with a double Ogee edge. The custom tapered chimney hood over the Viking Professional range was finished to match the rest of the cabinetry and is supported by the same corbels used on the island. The bank of built-ins includes stepped wall cabinets, a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator with open display area above, triple Thermador wall ovens (microwave, warming drawer and oven) and a multi-level planning desk with a tiled backsplash. The Morris Black designer also created a matching storage cabinet for the hallway outside the kitchen. |
