With 40 years experience in the kitchen industry, Chester is one of Morris Black's most experienced designers.
Chester is a cabinet maker himself, and owned his own cabinet company for fifteen years in the Pittsburgh area. He earned his CKD accreditation in 1986, and his CBD in 1991. He won five consecutive Merit Awards from the NKBA, served as CKD coordinator for five consecutive years and was named Member of the Year in 1990. Chester has served as a judge in kitchen design competitions in Erie and Pittsburgh, and the national CKD Design Competition in NYC in 1994. He has also served as the President of the Pittsbugh chapter of NKBA. He joined Morris Black in 2002.
