First Floor Laundry

Before:

The tub was removed, a shower was added, and the vanity was moved to another wall. The reconfigured space included room for a full-sized under-counter washer and dryer, inset door Cherry cabinets, a granite countertop and tile floor. The new enlarged windows with privacy blinds add lots of natural light. The warm tones of the cherry wood were repeated in the decorative valance over the laundry area.
