Open Concept Contemporary

Our client wanted an updated, open kitchen with a contemporary flair.
The designer eliminated a hallway than ran the length of the kitchen, and eliminated the peninsula. The new island includes a bookcase, a second sink, and countertop-depth seating. The cooktop, microwave and wall ovens were clustered together, with the cleanup area moved to the large sink under the window. Maple cabinets with long stainless steel pulls add to the sophistication of the new space.
